There was no explanation or choice I could do : start "in medias res" and with notes of different colors which must mean somoething I don't know and was not explained.Played the video and thought DEFINITELY MINE!!! Reminds me of the kungFU movies I'd watch for I've always admired the Instrument, It gives such unique and vibrant melodies.. Oowh! Even when i accidentally missed key notes at play with bad timing!? Im adding my own extra tunes to fill in the gaps?! Weee) It still creates these beautiful crystal clear flows as it echoes across the land.. GENIUS team! Incredible Ddrrrrring! Free experienceit is with the highest of harmonius bliss i couldnt possibly have a negitive thing to say.

2. Also if the app could be more self contained in a similar way to piano teaching apps people like me could then enjoy trying to play this instrument without incurring unnecessary data charges.top side is so short that you can't really see notes coming.

3. It sound horrible when playing like a broken record with play, stop until you click the note, then play and stop again... it just ruins the momentum of learning the song by feeling it.Sounds very realistic.

4. Would be helpful to have some relevant information on playing this instrument for those like me who love the sound of it but are otherwise have no knowledge or experience of playing this instument, & being in the u.k. i do not think there is any opportunity of learning to play it.

5. Would be better if you can provide the music sheet of the songs, since there will be someone that is learning guzheng that wants to play some of the songs in real life.1 star for throwing me in without warning & then immediately asking me to rate.

6. I tried to install it again a couple of weeks ago, I can free-play but when I want to play one of the songs I get an error message "maintaining the server, please try again in a few minutes".

7. and with that ill conclude it needs free play where you can create your own beautiful melodies and record them and save them.

8. I wish the moving notes would just contniously move in "practice mode" so a beginner like me can learn EXACTLY the timing.

9. It's pretty telling when the entire TOS/Terms and Conditions is about the type of data it collects, how long it holds onto that data and who it is going to share it with.This is good so far.

10. When I see people playing it in Chinese movies and drama it makes me want to try it.

1. Fix Dancing Cats Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dancing Cats: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dancing Cats App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dancing Cats" » Open Dancing Cats: Duet Meow » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dancing Cats » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dancing Cats: Duet Meow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dancing Cats servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dancing Cats: Duet Meow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dancing Cats app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dancing Cats might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dancing Cats. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dancing Cats then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dancing Cats not working

2. Fix Dancing Cats Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dancing Cats be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dancing Cats not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dancing Cats may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
