1. I charged the kentcard via app 2 times, got confirmation but still don't have any credit on the kentcard and had to pay in cash on the busI took the wrong bus because of this app! The rotation of the buses had been changed but they didn't update the app! This problem should be dealed.Its not charging digital card it was better beforeI would have given 5 stars but now it's not working that's why I gave it 3 stars This app was working fine now it won't open please sort out the problem as I am unable to top up my cardLogged out after what looks like an app update.

2. Was fine before the new look.What is wrong with the application I haven't been able to login for more than a week!!!! Could you please fix the problem!!!!Great for checking for the dolmus location and stops, but even with a Turkish sim card I was unable to register, hence 3 stars.waste of data and time.

1. Fix Kentkart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kentkart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kentkart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kentkart" » Open Kentkart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kentkart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kentkart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kentkart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kentkart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kentkart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kentkart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kentkart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kentkart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kentkart not working

2. Fix Kentkart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kentkart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kentkart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kentkart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
