Why should I report an Issue with Mapply: Map Maker?

You can change the color on the map such as land, road and text etc. · Before traveling or walking, write courses and places you want to go. 　When you actually go around courses, you can check the current location by turning on [My location] in the menu. 　You can put photos in the place where you took it, or leave memos.

2. You can output courses and markers as location data that can be used with Google Earth and Google Maps. ※ Since KML does not include images, photos are not reflected. ※ In Google Maps, some KML functions are not supported, such as the marker size can not be specified.

3. Mapply can draw courses, place photos, texts and markers in places you like on the map and save them.

4. Easily send and receive saved data to nearby devices installed Mapply.

2. The only things you are able to do is change the colour of everything and change what you can and can't see.I just wanted maps without GPS to plan trips.

3. You can't even use the draw feature, or if you can, then it's so hard to find how to use it.

1. Fix Mapply Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mapply: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mapply App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mapply" » Open Mapply: Map Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mapply » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mapply: Map Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mapply servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mapply: Map Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mapply app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mapply might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mapply. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mapply then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mapply not working

2. Fix Mapply Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mapply be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mapply not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mapply may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
