1. That got me very excited!! and last, please please add closed captions! Thank you!!Great app to watch MST3K, but would really like if they could add subtitle options on the app, when they play the older movies the audio isn't the best and I can't always hear the actual movie portionsCan't watch with subtitles, making all of the content I enjoy meaningless.

2. Shout Factory TV is the first place I've been able to legally watch ANY Kamen Rider series subtitled in English, but since the app doesn't have subtitles, what's the point? Also, it's a junk app that crashes all the time and constantly plays predatory gambling ads, or ads from the bigoted psychopaths at FOX News.

You need to make it easier for people to know what is on your app as well as easier ways to select series as a whole rather than just random episodes showing up when you use the search bar.I would like to give 5 stars, but unfortunately, I put four out of five because most of martial arts films like Jackie Chan movies that doesn't have closed captions.

4. There's also quite a few other things to watch, and it appears to be more reliable than STIRR, my other destination for free online movies and TV.Hard to navigate to a list of content for a specific series.

5. Shout, you have a great product, but this app truly sucks, and your ad partners are lowbrow and gross.The UI is honestly pretty terrible, but considering the fact that it's free, and there's a boatload of stuff to watch, I can look past that.

6. Chromecast abilities have stopped working entirely on every device I've tried, rendering the app useless if you don't want to watch on your mobile screen.I really like ShoutFactory's lineup, but my goodness, this app needs updating.

7. The navigation is terrible, and the main page when you click on a series is severely lacking in information, or shows similar to the one you clicked.

8. Shout! Factory is the main reason I added to my app is because they have Super Sentai series and Ultraman Leo.

9. For one, when you search for a show, it should just bring up the show, not a list of episodes, plus anything that closely resembles the show you want to find.

10. The app in its current state is almost completely anti-user friendly.This would be a great app were it not for the constant freeze/stop/repeat the last 10 seconds throughout whatever you're watching.

11. Includes a large number of MST3K films and shorts as well as a 24/7 stream if you can't make up your mind.

1. Fix Shout! FactoryTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shout! FactoryTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shout! FactoryTV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shout! FactoryTV" » Open Shout! FactoryTV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shout! FactoryTV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shout! FactoryTV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shout! FactoryTV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shout! FactoryTV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shout! FactoryTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shout! FactoryTV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shout! FactoryTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shout! FactoryTV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shout! FactoryTV not working

2. Fix Shout! FactoryTV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shout! FactoryTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shout! FactoryTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shout! FactoryTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
