1. This should be fixed with at least a message to notify my country isn't supported.Only works for Italian mobile number holders.

2. The initial step to verify the phone number is the typical Italian thing.

3. Pushing either doesn't advance me to the next steps.It never failed...on time, gentle drivers, easy to talk to and very honest.My experience with this app has been brilliant.

4. I was connected to a high speed italian wifi and my phone number was correct.

5. When I gave it my phone number it consistently presented and error and asked me to check my connection.

6. It has all the functionality to support all the country phone numbers then when you type yours it doesn't do anything.

7. A message pops up saying it will varify my number and gives me the option to either hit "ok" or "edit".

1. Fix BTaxi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BTaxi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BTaxi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BTaxi" » Open BTaxi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BTaxi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BTaxi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BTaxi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BTaxi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BTaxi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BTaxi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BTaxi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BTaxi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BTaxi not working

2. Fix BTaxi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BTaxi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BTaxi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BTaxi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
