Moto Guzzi Customer Insights

1. If you try to restart the application and the navigation, it request you to restart the travel from the beginning !!Can't make a phone call from contacts, navigation directions Can't be heard from helmet,HERE map on the APP doesn't supply live traffic information.

2. Still not able to control music playing from my phone paired to both the bike and a Sena10s but everything else seems to work well.Importing GPX files for navigation is now available.

3. You have to hit connect in order to connect to the bike....Has bugs,needs developments.*What is missing that is a must for adventure riding: Offline maps download.

4. If you imported a travel, and you start it, the application loose almost each time the connection with the dashboard and you loose the navigation.

5. What needs fixing is Music Volume control for Android phones and the abity to re-start Music Control once stopped! That's essential!Excellent app, does everything it should.

6. Ability to stop navigation from handlebar and return to main screen.

7. When going over speed limit the red circle need to blink not the numbers inside since it very hard to see a number blinking while riding.

8. Hurray! What is still missing are the features to tap on the map to select a destination and export recorded routes.

9. It would be also amazing if from the app it would be possible to deactivate the extra custom riding mode.Unfortunatelly, there is still some default in this application.

10. Fix it fast please, MG!There has been a little development since Oded's review - you can now download maps to your phone.

11. If you stop a navigation, sometimes, for somes reasons, it's impossible to resume the navigation.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Moto Guzzi Issues

1. Fix Moto Guzzi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Moto Guzzi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Moto Guzzi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Moto Guzzi" » Open Moto Guzzi » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moto Guzzi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Moto Guzzi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moto Guzzi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moto Guzzi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Moto Guzzi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moto Guzzi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Moto Guzzi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moto Guzzi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moto Guzzi not working


2. Fix Moto Guzzi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Moto Guzzi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Moto Guzzi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Moto Guzzi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
