1. And will never recommend or buy any more of your products.Decent, but why the hell does the app need access to location, photos and video and camera?? App won't work without access....very questionableAmazing but cyber robot needs to get a little more speed because he is very slow.

2. Access to location is required to load the app (why?), reluctantly accepting this I then find that bluetooth cannot connect through the app even though the robot can be detected through normal bluetooth searching (why?).

Don't waste your money until these issues are resolved.Great app, used to own one of these, and also to all of the people asking why location is needed, it is probably just for connectivity so that the app can locate you and the robot and provide data to the bluetooth, I am by no means an expert, but this is normally what it is used for.App works fine.

1. Fix Cyber Robot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cyber Robot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cyber Robot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cyber Robot" » Open Cyber Robot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cyber Robot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cyber Robot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cyber Robot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cyber Robot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cyber Robot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cyber Robot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cyber Robot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cyber Robot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cyber Robot not working

2. Fix Cyber Robot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cyber Robot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cyber Robot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cyber Robot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
