1. The app is fine and my kid still plays with it but I got it for the ARThis game has 1 feature not working the other skips over some info AND 1 is just meh EDIT: oh yeah it wants acces to contacts even tho the game will not need that info so pls just don't instalIf I try to zoom into a continent with the camera feature it won, t work.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Explore the World » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Explore the World app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Explore the World servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Explore the World" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Explore the World app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Explore the World might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Explore the World. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Explore the World then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Explore the World not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Explore the World be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
