1. the game it self is not that bad, it's good actually, I like the characters, but after I got that 2 star (I perfectly get 3 star from other stages) I clicked on the home button, I realized that this game has a story, an intro to why Tesla go to adventure.

2. Since the target audience for this game is younger kids, the written instructions should appear for longer periods of time or at least there should be an option to click somewhere to see them again.

3. you can watch that intro (many times but unskippable) only if you click home button but not when you click "play game" at start.

4. My 6yo was loving it, but game got stuck on level 36.

1. Fix Robotizen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Robotizen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Robotizen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Robotizen" » Open Robotizen: Kid learn Coding Ro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Robotizen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Robotizen: Kid learn Coding Ro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Robotizen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Robotizen: Kid learn Coding Ro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Robotizen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Robotizen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Robotizen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Robotizen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Robotizen not working

2. Fix Robotizen Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Robotizen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Robotizen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Robotizen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
