1. Been using this app for years now and that is still the big thing that needs to be looked at.I've been wanting an app that does this for awhile and it's great at keeping tabs on the hours.

2. Get rid of the video ads, and I'll gladly redownload and pay for the geo-location.Can someone explain to me the planetary hours? There's also a feature with a bunch of buttons that has all the celestial bodies on both sides of the switches and it seems each planet is turned on by default for themselves.

3. edit in response to the creator app is set to not be battery optimized, and yes it is allowed to have nodifications from the app ...still no luck.I used to absolutely love this app! Especially the sticky notifications and pop up notifications about when the hours and moon phases changed.

4. I was really hoping this app would tell me when a planet transitioned into a different constellation or retrograded but I can't seem to figure that out.I only use the app to keep track of the planetary hours which I love.

Comparing attributes also show them at the same, but when looked separately, they are different.Look, I don't have an issue with ads, but I just paid to have the geo-location and then the next time I open the app there's a pop up saying that I will now be getting ads.

10. Edit: after following troubleshooting suggestions, I think this is a problem specific to a recent update, as I uninstalled recently and then reinstalled yesterday, when the problem started.

1. Fix Planetary Times Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Planetary Times: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Planetary Times App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Planetary Times" » Open Planetary Times: Astrology » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Planetary Times » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Planetary Times: Astrology app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Planetary Times servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Planetary Times: Astrology" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Planetary Times app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Planetary Times might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Planetary Times. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Planetary Times then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Planetary Times not working

2. Fix Planetary Times Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Planetary Times be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Planetary Times not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Planetary Times may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
