1. now I'm having to reinstall it, really hope it works this time...I can't watch basically any video, I don't know if you have issues with copyright or something but each time I try to watch a video says there's a problem, I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ I don't think it has to do with quality issues but more about your app.Error on loading video.

4. Thanks, meit plays actual videos from youtube like Jacksepticeye, and since i dont got controls for the VR its hard to sellect things cause i half to use my hands, but i can just put my head to wear i want it to be and it selects it.

5. ima real person who just loves this.I love the way these apps works especially that it can work without a remote, but most of the videos that I try to watch won't play and there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to what will play and what won't.

1. Fix FD Theater VR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FD Theater VR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FD Theater VR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FD Theater VR" » Open FD Theater VR: 360 Cinematic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FD Theater VR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FD Theater VR: 360 Cinematic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FD Theater VR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FD Theater VR: 360 Cinematic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FD Theater VR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FD Theater VR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FD Theater VR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FD Theater VR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FD Theater VR not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FD Theater VR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
