Why should I report an Issue with Within VR - Cinematic Virtual ?

1. TL;DR Great content, decent selection, can't stream but downloading works, could use an option to manually change headset settings.Really bummed that I could not get this to work on my phone, because the concept seems pretty incredible.

2. I tried streaming and downloading, I restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it... No matter what, every time I opened one of the experiences, it would flash the Within logo and the jump back to the menu screen.

3. But is experiential.App was installed on my Android phone that meets requirements and tried both streaming and playing downloaded versions, however, there is no audio for any of the content.

4. Streaming doesn't really work and the video buffers every few seconds but it works just fine if you download.

5. It's so beautiful and amazing, it gives you a full 360 emersive experience.. The quality is really good, I mean some look as good as blu-ray, and sound is wonderful to listen to.

6. I Uninstaller and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and verified audio works on other apps on my phone.

8. This app is a great idea but does not play on my Samsung Android phone.

1. Fix Within VR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Within VR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Within VR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Within VR" » Open Within VR - Cinematic Virtual » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Within VR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Within VR - Cinematic Virtual app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Within VR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Within VR - Cinematic Virtual " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Within VR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Within VR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Within VR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Within VR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Within VR not working

2. Fix Within VR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Within VR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Within VR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Within VR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
