1. Awful! When it comes to validate the credit card, it crushes all the time, and all the order is lost... I wish for you to try with 4 hungry kids... I stopped trying after 3 times and probably will never do it again via a lousy app!Is very bad after i updated it! It doesn't connect and i can't use itThe GUI is not responsive and not intuitive it is very hard to remove and edit an item after it added to the tray in the app, Regarding the food, far from fresh most of the food is only heated on spot so if you look for quality meal or even fast food then it is not Macdonald's Also the value for money is far from good for a preheated meal.App is more stable now than it was, but still lacks the ability to select delivery from a kosher location.
2. Update: works well, still lacks the ability to choose kosher delivery afaikEasy to use and the McCoins bonuses are nice.
3. All the way, and need to enter tons of info in all the screens again...Certain options are absent, like sauces (we like a lot of ketchup and no mayo, yet delivery will forever come with not enough ketchup and some unnecessary mayo that goes to waste).
4. From technical POV everything works without glitches - no crashes and the preformance is good, plus you can pay with different platforms.
5. Works great, rarely ever crashes, comfortable UI, adds are not problematic in my opinion.
6. Or, for instance, having the option to leave a short note for the order.

Macdonalds namal tel aviv. First time i saw macdonalds like this. Dirty, more people behind the desk than in front. 35 min wait. I come to the desk my order is ready, but no one bring it to my table as i order. When i take alone my 4 plates, i see it s cold , the workman says i had ti come earlyer!!! And the order is not complete. They speaks bad to customer. no manager no director in this place the night.the worst restaurant i ve ever seen in my life

On Thursday, April 14th 2022, I went with my son and four grandchildren to McDonalds in Shafir Centre Rosh Ha'ayin and we received the most terrible service possible which left me completely livid!! I ordered a salad and a drink, some shnitzels, nuggets and a mixed nuggets and snitzel meal. Meal number 1520. The restaurant was full and there were a big number of staff working. Ten minutes after placing our order, I place another order for a Hamburger Meal and a drink. Order number 1320. After 20 minutes of waiting I went to ask what the status of my order was. I was told that they are busy and they saw my order and are working on it. No problem. At this time I started following the status of my order a bit more seriously as by this stage, my order number was not moving. It either stayed in the second line at the top or at the bottom of the first line. People who had ordered after me, I saw to my great horror, received there orders before me and mine wasn't moving! This went on for a further five minutes. Lo and behold, my second order (which I had ordered ten minutes after my first) was ready and my first wasn't! I mildly lost my temper and a woman who claims to be the Regional Manager came and gave an order that they should work on my order. Only after a further 10 minutes, did I receive our order. Since ordering and until I received our it took 35 minutes!!! McDonalds is an American/International fast food chain and I expect to receive the same service world wide. Added to that I can understand that there was alot of pressure in the branch yesterday but the service was unacceptable, I received no apology from the manager, except the explanation that there are many people at the moment and they are working on the orders. The service was terrible and I expect an appropriate apology and a compensation. You are an American/International company and so I expect the same courtesy as I would receive in any American branch!
