I was interested that some of the features was so cool and had mini games which I liked.worst complete worst can't ever keep it on or get it up used to be fine was great now for months I cannot even use it really disappointed and I go to McDonald's once a weekI havent been able to get into the App.

1. Restart McDonald's CT Wi-Fi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the McDonald's CT Wi-Fi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "McDonald's CT Wi-Fi" » Open McDonald's CT Wi-Fi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for McDonald's CT Wi-Fi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear McDonald's CT Wi-Fi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from McDonald's CT Wi-Fi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "McDonald's CT Wi-Fi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check McDonald's CT Wi-Fi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, McDonald's CT Wi-Fi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall McDonald's CT Wi-Fi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall McDonald's CT Wi-Fi then reinstall.
