1. Edit; the web browser now properly opens tabs in the background, but the client still doesn't play video thumbnails or GIF's.After finding a link that didn't work.

7. Thank you and my hats off to the developers! Don't change a thing!Ads aren't too obtrusive, and the interface is not only split up cleanly between the browser and Downloader, but is loaded with options for advanced users.

8. My only gripe is that the browser seems to have problems loading gif and video thumbnails, and that the option for opening new tabs in the background seems to be nonfunctional, even after troubleshooting.

9. It's very difficult to zero in on the specific video you want to download and it's very difficult to find that specific video among those that has been grabbed.

10. Also adding a new download completely throttles active downloads during file creation (file creation also stuck at 99% at times).

11. I wonder if people understand that fast download speeds can be affected by many different factors, not just the app, I'll bet 90% of the time it's your phone/tablet, or your carrier that's causing a bottleneck.

1. Fix 1DM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 1DM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 1DM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "1DM" » Open 1DM: Browser & Video Download » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 1DM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 1DM: Browser & Video Download app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 1DM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "1DM: Browser & Video Download" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 1DM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 1DM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 1DM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 1DM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 1DM not working

2. Fix 1DM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 1DM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 1DM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 1DM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
