  • I just sent you a letter. I’m just realizing I didn’t sign up to your account thank God I just signed up to this complaint site. If I fell for your scam of three day trial but I canceled after 20 minutes on the first day after I realized that you charge every month. Under my subscription settings in my iPhone it says it’s been expired since November 3 which is the day I started my first free trial. I don’t have a subscription with you guys but yet you’ve gone on to charge my account not only the subscription price every month but you’ve charged me some months 2.3 and 4 times! Right now I’m seeing that you charge me over $200 for a subscription that I do not have. I want someone to contact me ASAP regarding this matter. I feel very violated, and if I don’t hear back, I am going to get in contact with the Better Business Bureau, my aunt is a newscaster for channel 5 news I will get it all over the news and I will blow it up on my 500,000+ social media friends list. I promise you, this is a problem you don’t want to deal with. I’m giving you till today to get in contact with me or at 5 PM Eastern time I am going to go to my bank. I already reported it as fraud in my bank was the one that told me you’ve been charging me so much but I haven’t started any action yet.   • The only reason I created an account is to get in touch with you. I have never had a subscription with you ever. I signed up November 3 for a free trial and canceled seconds later. Under my subscriptions on my iPhone it says it’s been expired since November 3 since the first day. You’ve gone ahead and not only charge my account every month, but some months three times. You charge me twice in November 3 times in December 3 times in January twice in February and once already in March. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau if I don’t get a reply back today. This is absolutely ridiculous. I do not even have a subscription with you guys and the fact that you’ve been charging me at this point at least over $200 is absolutely ridiculous. My last payment went through to you guys last night but now I have a new card and I’m going to talk to my bank today about all of this fraud.   • I have now wasted 45 min of my life trying to cancel. I looked at apple pay like 24 hours after my new trial to cancel, and it was never there. My last request is for your company to STOP attempting to charge my card for $19.00. I initially cancelled my subscription via my Google app back on October 10, 2021. If needed, I can forward the emails sent by your company stating that I signed up for a trial and that I canceled the subscription before the trial period ended. I checked for a subscription status on your website, and after entering my email address, your website shows that there is no subscription connected to my email. The Google app store also shows that your app is not active on my account.

  • Hi I’ve been charged on my cash app 9.99 by your company I didn’t not agree to this what so ever! It was only supposed to be for a $1 charge … now it says pending on my cash app for $9.99 I’ve been trying to contact support but it’s not easy for whatever reason & now that I’m reading the complaints about others saying that your company has taken more money out of their accounts with out their authorization makes me nervous & does not leave a good feeling in mind about your services! Also I’ve been refunded only like 3 charges only for like .99 cents I think maybe 2 times n then once for .49cents I would like to know how come I just can not be refunded back my entire $9.99… it was a mistake to even sign up for the app period after having to deal with this stress & then finding out your company has made mistakes with other peoples money & their accounts!money doesn’t come easy now days so every cent counts so I’d like to be refunded the full amount that is owed to me ASAP PLEASE!Also I canceled the subscription RIGHT away from my iPhone I would like some type of reassurance that my subscription is indeed for Surely canceled so that I don’t run into any problems with your company in the near feature ..like how others were saying that you guys have taken money outta their accounts..well I do not want that happening to me! I would like my money back ASAP & this issue to be resolved fully not in increments of .49cents or .99cents or whatever is going on!if you can refund me the change I’m sure your guys company makes plenty of money & your able to give me back my full $9.99… thank you for listening I know it’s not your fault directly so excuse me if I would rude I’m just a little frustrated that is all!& a bit confused.. so I hope you can help me with my problem & we can resolve this ASAP so that there is no more issues!thanks again & have a nice day!
