Cancel Hint Subscription on iPhone & iPad

  1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
  2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "Hint: Horoscope & Astrology".
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

  1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
  2. select "Hint" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel Hint Subscription on Android


  1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
  2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "Hint: Horoscope & Astrology" » click "Cancel Subscription".
  3. Your subscription to Hint will now be canceled.


Cancel Hint Subscription on PayPal

  1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
  2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
  3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "Hint: Horoscope & Astrology" or "Ruby Labs ltd" » "Cancel".
  4. You are now unsubscribed from Hint


Cancel Hint via Email

  1. Open your email app
  2. Provide all the relevant information regarding your account.

  • I have tried many times to find you guys and I did request a cancellation twice but keep getting billed $19.00 a month one time it was twice I was billed in one month. This is not news to you guys I see it in the reviews. I didn't sign up for a monthly deal I got a reading that I paid for and that's it. I wasnt able to send all the transactions because this media will not hold it all but I did put down how many times I was double billed a month.


    On 8/9 and 8/23 I was billed the $19.00
    On 9/7 and 9/20 billed twice
    On 10/4 and 10/18 billed twice
    On 11/1, 11/15 and 11/29 billed $19 and then again already 12/13

    I am sending this to my bank and if you don't respond in any way to resolve this and return my money I am going to the Better Business Bureau as well.

  • I am requesting CANCELLATION of any subscription. I am also requesting a REFUND of two charges by your company. My last request is for your company to STOP attempting to charge my card for $19.00. I initially cancelled my subscription via my Google app back on October 10, 2021. If needed, I can forward the emails sent by your company stating that I signed up for a trial and that I canceled the subscription before the trial period ended. I checked for a subscription status on your website, and after entering my email address, your website shows that there is no subscription connected to my email. The Google app store also shows that your app is not active on my account.

  • So like everyone else I tried this app out I don't know why but when u try to cancel the subscription it doesn't allow me. Tells me to go to the website to cancel but when it says enter the code sent to my email, I never receive anything I even look in the spam box and nothing.     Please delete my free trial and account and cancel any membership and any future subscription. I am cancelling my free trial, and do not wish to use this app following the end of this period, and therefore expect no billing to occur.

    Your instructions to cancel membership via your site, are wholly inaccurate, and there is no clear way to end a subscription. If my free trial is not cancelled with immediate effect, I will be escalating a complaint to relevant services, as you are operating a scam.
