Why should I report an Issue with Die Together?

1. there are no censor bars or anything to block out bad things!really good app, but i just wish you could see the messages without having low battery, but like you can't see any new messages or send anythinguhm, I don't seem to be able to sign up? Like, I type in a name and press sign in but it always says error.

2. It's fun being able to change your name each time your battery gets low and it's cool being able to see the battery percentage of other people in chat.

3. However, on a more positive note, the animated background is really cute :)Really small community, we can't chat (there's nobody), we can't see when a person added a message (so if we are trying to talk with people that posted the message 1h ago or 3 days ago).

4. Other that it just does what it says it does.This doesn't do anything that it says, all it does is show your battery percentage and gives you a username that you can make up.

1. Fix Die Together Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Die Together: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Die Together App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Die Together" » Open Die Together » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Die Together » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Die Together app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Die Together servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Die Together" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Die Together app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Die Together might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Die Together. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Die Together then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Die Together not working

2. Fix Die Together Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Die Together be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Die Together not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Die Together may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
