1. I have to resort to putting phone into screen saver mode or restarting to get back to other menus!Pretty cool way to visualize spacecraft! Works decently well on my old little Samsung A5, surprised how big ingenuity was! Though I guess it totally makes sense since it was dropped off by a SUV sized rover.

2. Displays camera, back, and profile icons over black screen and freezes.Perfect app to let you see the real size of the Mars rovers! Wish they'd make the "Full Size" option for all vehicles, even the ISS!Not working.

3. The screen stays black and it asks me to "move the phone around in circles until the app detects a horizontal surface".

4. Looking forward to seeing Dragonfly when it's mission is ready!Nothing happens when you need to move the phone in circles to detect a flat surface.

6. The app just freezes there and the only thing I can do is force close it.Cool idea, but dies every time it tries to find a surface on S10+.

9. I have an S10 with Android 10 and the app doesn't work!! After selecting the mission and the vehicle, I'm supposed to see everything in 3d with the camera, but I can't.

1. Fix Spacecraft AR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spacecraft AR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spacecraft AR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spacecraft AR" » Open Spacecraft AR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spacecraft AR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spacecraft AR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spacecraft AR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spacecraft AR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spacecraft AR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spacecraft AR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spacecraft AR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spacecraft AR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spacecraft AR not working

2. Fix Spacecraft AR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spacecraft AR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spacecraft AR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
