1. Convenient, reliable and user friendly.It works for a short while, then nothing wants to connect at all, but theres a notification to offer a reconnect, then when you click it... Surprise! surprise!, Adverts play, & all of a sudden the connection is active again, until the same problem reocurres every hour or so... So basically this app controls your connection on a timer that needs to play ads to reset.

2. I'd ask that we get an option to connect to a server even if it's slow? Certainly would be useful in my case.I've tried a lot of VPN's and so far this one has been the worse.

4. One understandable downside (under the free account) is that, it has ads whenever you will connect to a different server or disconnect.

9. I left that info on their website but I have not received any feedback so far.It's one of the fastest free VPN out there with the capacity of a premium account.

1. Fix VPN Monster Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VPN Monster: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VPN Monster App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VPN Monster" » Open VPN Monster - Secure VPN Proxy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VPN Monster » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VPN Monster - Secure VPN Proxy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VPN Monster servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VPN Monster - Secure VPN Proxy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VPN Monster app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VPN Monster might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VPN Monster. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VPN Monster then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VPN Monster not working

2. Fix VPN Monster Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VPN Monster be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VPN Monster not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VPN Monster may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
