1. I tried reinstalling and re-inputting everything but it says my account already exists - how can that be if I cant access my account because my phone number is invalid.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FPCS Issues
1. Fix FPCS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart FPCS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the FPCS App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FPCS" » Open FPCS - GDI » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FPCS » click "UPDATE".
- Clear FPCS - GDI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FPCS servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FPCS - GDI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check FPCS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FPCS might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall FPCS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FPCS then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FPCS not working
2. Fix FPCS Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FPCS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FPCS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FPCS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Good day, Sir/Ma'am! I have two concerns to raise. 1.) My Landlord couldn't access his account to update my Visa details. I had it renewed already, but when my landlord would update my details, it became inaccessible. 2.) I have posted two queries back in April regarding my first registration. Back then, I had the same issue of not being able to access my acct. I decided to ask another question the other day. My old post are still there, however, something is seriously wrong. In my April 23 post, there has an attachment of someone else's passport details. I don't know this woman and I have no idea how does her passport got attached/uploaded on my post. I have been trying to delete my posts hoping to somehow delete her passport details as well but to no avail. This is a serious matter and I don't want to be accused of something wrong. I hope you could notice this and make a necessary and appropriate actions. Thank you so much.
