Thus, if i want to punch in on time and not a minute or two later, I need to sign in with my password on my commute and keep the app open.Great app for punching in and out, but biggest issue is you have to force stop the application in order for it to stop working, otherwise it eats your data like crazy! I only found out after 3 months of usage, during which time it used 75GB of mobile data, yes, you read right, 75 GIGA bits.

I freaking hate when it sends me an email that my check has arrived, but I have to jump through hoops to log on with my username and password on the app/web app, and even then, it STILL doesn't show the amount until the day after!!!! Fingercheck kinda sucks tbh.Great concept and it's good that the punch in screen can be set as home.

3. The time clocks are no betterVery easy to navigate through the app!! The app is the better option than the website.Great app! if I get any issues I contact my direct supervisor or call the call center which are always really attentive.

4. I generally have the latest phones and good service.....but this app is something else! The staff claims it's a very "secure app" so it logs out any time something is detected......come on...every time! Update: Still a very poor app, keeps crashing.

5. If not I would switch to normal program right away!This app sucks I can't see my schedule and it doesn't show the shifts that it sent me texts for saying that I am working.

6. I also do not like how I can not see all available shifts at a facility and pick and choose my shifts based on my needs and availability I do not like having to send in an entire month's schedule bc I have kids and things are always changing .

1. Fix Fingercheck Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fingercheck: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fingercheck App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fingercheck" » Open Fingercheck Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fingercheck » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fingercheck Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fingercheck servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fingercheck Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fingercheck app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fingercheck might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fingercheck. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fingercheck then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fingercheck not working

2. Fix Fingercheck Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fingercheck be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fingercheck not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fingercheck may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
