Recipes for suggested meals would also be nice (tuna.salad with mayo or yogurt? what kind of bread? allowed seasonings on steamed proteins, etc...)I like this app because it helps me to realize that you can't always eat junk food all the time and also it shows me who I am... In spite of what people thinks about you and to believe in yourself that some day I'm going be slim again... 💯👍✌️🙏again.

No changes on my waist size but there's improvement on my blood sugar level.Is pretty simple, BUT sure would be nice to have measurement conversions; clearly I'm a lazy American and the metric system is a headache for my soft American brain, which makes sense that I am battling to get rid of my soft American body.
3. I gave 4 stars cause I'm not a big steamed fish eater, and steamed chicken was my other option.
4. Would like a few more varieties to try? It also doesn't show drinks so if you don't factor a drink/water you can dehydrate, and sugar can drop if you are caught off guard with nothing while away from home during day.
5. What happens to the rest of the fruit?Seems like a good app but I wish it gave options like if I don't like something.

9. So i always need to close the app and reopen to get to the next options.
