TACC Token Customer Insights
1. It says "undefined" all the time.Its not working for me, whatever code it generates, the website is not accepting it.Why cant i transfer it to new device just like google authenticator.It works.
2. TACC website isn't accepting the code generated by this app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TACC Token Issues
1. Fix TACC Token Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart TACC Token: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the TACC Token App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TACC Token" » Open TACC Token » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TACC Token » click "UPDATE".
- Clear TACC Token app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TACC Token servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TACC Token" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check TACC Token app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TACC Token might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall TACC Token. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TACC Token then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TACC Token not working
2. Fix TACC Token Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TACC Token be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TACC Token not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TACC Token may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
