1. Now instead of showing queens college with my classes its showing my last school laguardia and the last classes I took there.... in 2011! I tried changing semester but 2019 doesnt exist.

2. Login is always an issue just like their website, even after typing in the correct info to login.App used to work when I first downloaded it back in 2019 but has not worked properly since.

3. when the app was work it was pretty helpful though, with this app I found out that I got approved for financial aid, and was able to look at past semesters and the books that i needed for my courses.Help! Up until today this app worked.

4. Please fix as app is useless without access to current schedule.I think this app needs more work, I would have prefer to see an option to do a class search and my planner options incorporated.

5. I have turned to log into several time yet fail.i can only get in on a PC.this app sucks, months back I was able to log in normally but sometimes it would crash, but just 3 days ago I tried to log in and no matter how many times I log in and out it just closes out the app.

6. The login was an easy process which I am glad and it provides your emplid but other than that I did not find this app helpful.The app crashes on daily basis.

7. I tried uninstalling reinstalling checking for updates etc but it doesn't let me log inSeveral attempts logging in.

9. This app used to be a wonderfully easy way to look up classes and grades without the hassle of going through the website.

  1. Restart CUNYfirst MyInfo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CUNYfirst MyInfo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CUNYfirst MyInfo" » Open CUNYfirst MyInfo » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CUNYfirst MyInfo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CUNYfirst MyInfo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CUNYfirst MyInfo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CUNYfirst MyInfo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CUNYfirst MyInfo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CUNYfirst MyInfo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CUNYfirst MyInfo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CUNYfirst MyInfo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CUNYfirst MyInfo not working
