Looking forward to the devs for fixing those bugs, so I can change the rating back to 5 stars.Needs some extra features: maximal number of changes allowed (0/direct only, 1x allowed, 2x etc ), : the ability to turn on the terrain view, and to search visually for bus routes; the display "Stationsinformation vorhandenen" to NOT be repeated at EVERY stop along an itinerary; mapping bus routes accurately rather than connect-the-dots.Well, I tried the webpage first.

2. After 6 years of basically daily use I will uninstall it.Overall a great app, my go to app for public transport in Austria! I would, however, love the option to set the 'transfer time' value from 5 minutes to 0 minutes! The current default of 5 minutes misses out on good connections, so i always need to double check, which is inconvenient.

3. Good job 👍 WHY DID YOU REMOVE THE APP FROM WEAR OS?! How am I supposed to find my way home now?Using the app for years, and I was always recommending it to everyone, however for a couple of weeks now (May 2022), it's showing straight out ridiculously longer routes which no one should take.

4. Super useful! I love the Live Map - the only cherry on top would be if it could also display Westbahn trains and local busses (the Scotty web version can).Love this app, the UI is clear and simple to use.

5. I am sorry for you guys working in support here.I use in conjunction of the ÖBB app, for checking schedules of trains and buying my tickets, as it works so much better than the ÖBB app alone, which often lets me down, crashing.

6. Result is me being even later than i already am due to their daily(!) delayed train service.I love the wear os app.

7. It doesn't show alternative routes and the routes that are being shown are straight out stupid.

8. So I downloaded the app which gave me a neverending spinning circle of doom everytime I tried to get a (any) search result.

9. Please add the Android 13 option to change the app language.Since the updates in the last months it is impossible to see a route that makes any sense.

1. Fix ÖBB Scotty Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ÖBB Scotty: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ÖBB Scotty App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ÖBB Scotty" » Open ÖBB Scotty » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ÖBB Scotty » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ÖBB Scotty app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ÖBB Scotty servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ÖBB Scotty" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ÖBB Scotty app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ÖBB Scotty might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ÖBB Scotty. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ÖBB Scotty then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ÖBB Scotty not working

2. Fix ÖBB Scotty Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ÖBB Scotty be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ÖBB Scotty not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ÖBB Scotty may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
