Why should I report an Issue with BimmerCode for BMW and MINI?

BimmerCode Customer Insights
1. In addition to being super easy to use, it also has access to the full set of configurable options, provided you speak German or have the translation handy for every conceivable setting you might want to ever change.
2. It doesn't appear to have any functionality for VO modification, so you can't use it to enable a retro-fitted alarm, for example, but this is absolutely wroth the money for the full version (one time fee, not a subscription) and saved me days of trying to figure out NCS Expert.
3. Even offers expert mode for the options that aren't translated into easy mode.
4. I wouldn't recommend expert mode unless u know what ur doingGreat App, easy to use, but rated a 4 instead of 5 because it's missing a key feature.
5. I only wished that Bimmercode would publish some unique Expert Mode tutorials.I paid for a full subscription in 2019, and was told that it could be used anytime thereafter.
6. My ONLY issue is that expert mode, to me, is like having direct admin access to ur car's modules, except that it's 100% in German.
7. I was skeptical, but what I love is that is the default mode translates everything into English and has most of the standard function controls I wanted to modify (Comfort access and hot & cold bulb checking).
8. It needs to have the ability to create a backup of the module files after having coded them, so that custom settings can be restored in the event that a dealer, etc needs to do software update that will revert Bimmercode coded settings.So far so good.
9. Proper customer service would have been to a have a record of the purchased subscription on their end, to assist and resolve this issue.Very easy to use.
10. If all else fails, remove the dongle, delete the dongle from your phone, then repeat everything fresh to get a solid connection.Works absolutely flawlessly on my 2011 Mini R56 with the CX Bluetooth OBD adapter.
11. I did a search after thinking bout it but there are screen translators and that actually helped a bit with expert mode, just to peak around.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BimmerCode Issues
1. Fix BimmerCode Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart BimmerCode: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the BimmerCode App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BimmerCode" » Open BimmerCode for BMW and MINI » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BimmerCode » click "UPDATE".
- Clear BimmerCode for BMW and MINI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BimmerCode servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BimmerCode for BMW and MINI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check BimmerCode app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BimmerCode might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall BimmerCode. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BimmerCode then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BimmerCode not working
2. Fix BimmerCode Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BimmerCode be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BimmerCode not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BimmerCode may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I have a 2021 Mini countryman and last night used Bimmercode to add the JCW logo to the instrument cluster, disabled seat belt warnings and set stop/start to remember last option. This morning when i got into the car the central display no longer works? i can hear the radio but nothing at all on the screen.

I have a 2016 BMW X3 (F25) It does not have comfort access. I tried to activate the fold mirror when locking with key fob. I coded the Fold/unfold mirror automatically (2 of 2) in the foot well module using BmmerCode. Coding was reported as successful; however, mirrors do not fold when locking car. When I looked at the coding options, all other options appear to be when equipted with comfort access. Is it possible to to accomplish fold/unfold mirror when locking using BimmerCode for an F25 without comfort access?

Dear Madams and Sirs,
a few days ago I bought an OBD ADAPTOR (UniCarScan UCSI-3000 ENET WLAN) to code my BMW116F20 through the BimmerCode app. However I can' t code it because when I start coding the app says that my device has not have an internet connection. But how can I give internet access to the adaptor; I followed all the instructions to establish the connection between my smartphone (android) and the adaptor. Although I established the connection it seems impossible to code my car due internet error. I saw on the internet that the app from BimmerCode doesn' t require internet connection. So I am wondering where is the problem and I can' t cody my car?
Please answer me as soon as possible.

I have coded ASD off in the app, but there is no sound difference with it on or off.
When I go back in the app, it says ASD is not active. However, I can still hear ASD in the car.
Online search tells me that I will need a TestFlight version of the app to turn it off for software updated M3s. My M3 has a 07.2021 version of software.
Please send me this new version of app to fix the problem.
