1. Sometimes there may be not any dates showing at all, as all test get booked pretty quickly and the app notifications are sometimes delayed so by the time you click on your desired date and go through quick verification, the slot is already taken.The premium version of the app was well worth it for the fact that I was able to change the location of my test to my local test centre by finding a cancellation.
2. AvoidYou have to keep the app open and refresh often as the notifications are too slow.. Having to wait 60 second to refresh also means a slot could easily be missed... I have managed to change my test earlier a couple of times, but sometimes going through the app the DVLA site rejects the connection, I have missed some good times because of this.. Being able to filter on only earlier tests would be helpful as would an auto booking feature.App doesn't sync with @GovUK.
3. The notifications however don't work, I was only recieving one notification every few days, however whenever I would open the app (several times a day) there would often be cancellation dates there to book, considering they go within seconds you have to be quick, so would of been handy if the notifications actually worked!Definitely worth the premium (£11.99) with all the lack of driving tests at the moment.
4. If it is not your 1st time booking a test, it would be nice to add a Fail date, and it would count 10 working days and give you available dates only after that cool down period.
5. At the moment, it doesn't notify as soon as a date becomes available.You can select up to 3 test centres and the app will show you any available dates based on your selection.
6. I can't remove my primary test centre (despite having to pick one far away) so it spams my feed, and when I do click on a lesson the app is often rejected access to the DVLA site.Nice app and very helpful! Still, few improvements can be made, especially when you pay Premium: 1.

It's very effective at showing slots after my ACTUAL test date.Not only does this not have many settings on android available on IOS (but they are still in the backend so it's JUST UI changes and very little work...), but it is also lacking in features compared to its competitors such as autobooking.
8. There are new test dates added every day but all the good slots get booked pretty fast so once you see the slot, don't leave it until later.
9. My only complaint is that premium is quite expensive at £11.99. The only other issue is the DVSA website will often block you as it thinks you're a robot, so make sure to have a chrome tab open to access the website as well.Dreadful app.
10. I paid for this app to be able to add multiple test centres and it a complete waste of time.
11. Be able to set to show (or notify about) only earlier or later dates, not any dates available.

I changed my driving test to a closer date I’ve had the confirmation email so I logged out of the Testi app to change it to my other date and I can’t log in with my new reference it’s saying I haven’t booked one

I was recently trying to change the date of my test. Since I was changing to another date on the weekend I had to pay a fee of 13£ however, while I was going through the payment I saw an error message. This happened 3 times and the fourth time the change went through smoothly. I checked my bank account and have been charged 13£ four times. I have no idea how the payment went through with an error message, however please refund me 39£.
I have the premium account I failed my test recently and have had notifications fir cancellations when I have trued booking the tests it will not let me and rakes me onto the robot test page or says error can this be dealt with please

This app is rubbish doesn’t alert me I keep deleting it logging out when I click on the date it’s that slow it’s never available it’s gone I want my money back an I will download another one I’ve sent loads of emails no one Reply’s
I have booked a test in Shrewsbury but I need one in Telford so when I get notifications about tests in Telford and I press on it it just says error 15, the request has been blocked by the security rules. Good afternoon, my name is Grace Gregory and I am complaining about the Testi app. Today (1st September 2022) I attended what should of been my test day at 11:01am booked via your app, I had an email confirmation to say it was booked which the email address was a dvsa email. After arriving at my test today my name did not get called out and there was no test or examiner to take me today. Obviously I had paid for this test for it some how not to exist? I am very disappointed and frustrated and would like a new test booking free of charge, I have had an hours lesson before my test today which I paid for and paid for the hour my instructor would of been waiting for me to take the test which is not fair as both our times have been wasted. I want this sorting and a new test as soon as possible. I have used this app before where I took my last test which I unfortunately failed however this time there has been a error in the system on your behalf and I am very unhappy.

Hello I’ve previously emailed you yet haven’t got a response yet so decided to contact you here, I’ve changed my date on the Testi app to a closer time and a whole different test centre yet it hasn’t changed on my app. I’ve pressed the refresh button so many times and have come off and off the app as well as logged in and out. Sometimes it does change however, changes straight back to my original date so I don’t know what to do, I feel as though the app isn’t working correctly too and so I’m worrying a bit as I’m in such need of a cancellation. Hi, I have seen November tests coming up multiple times. Iiterally had my phone in my hand and done it within a split second. It is diverting me to the robot thing and this is taking up time! It didn’t used to do this!
Also when I have done it in time it’s not allowing to change and then crashing!

Hi I hope you’re well, I have downloaded this app ages ago but I’m facing many issues with it and one of the issue is I hardly get any notifications but when I do I can’t book the test because as soon as I click the notification follow the robot system the service blocks me and I’ve paid for premium and I really need a test date immediately for Bolton I’m a student who’s starting university next month and work far from home night shift and struggle to use public transport this is not fair as I paid for this app and it’s not even letting me change my test date.

Hi there I have just brought the Testi app recently and why don’t I get notifications when the cancellations come on as I am desperate like everyone else on there to get my test at my additional test centre and a quicker one it says on there that we will send you a notification and I haven’t received one and I’ve seen test but they have disappeared as others have got to it quicker as I haven’t seen it till last minute but I brought this app thinking I would get a test quicker and at a different place But without notifications I ant gonna get anything
My daughter booked a test for today but has just turned up for her test and they’ve said it had been changed. I did try and book sn earlier date but never confirmed it as was waiting to hear from the driving instructor and it said it had tuned out anyway. It still showed as today on my app. She now has to wait for months to get another test and has wasted money on her driving instructor today
