1. But! I give only 4 stars because I still haven't explored all the possibilities of the app so I can't say anything 5 star worthy yet, and the fact that it's hard to readjust a message for boxes without having to start the order all over again, which then makes it impossible to update or change after I've ordered it even with a very distant scheduled order.The cookies are great, but the app is a little deceptive.

2. Also, what's the difference between ordering from the kiosk at the store, and ordering from the app to pickup? Why is there a service fee? Not a good first impression of this service.I've deleted and reinstalled this app several times over the last few months because I have such a difficult time logging in.

3. I ended up sending screen shots of my order to the other person then called the store to make sure they could pull the order up with the confirmation number.

4. Someone was picking up an order that I couldn't get to and had been waitng curbside, then had to find somewhere to park and go in the store because I couldn't tell them to deliver to their car.

5. The only issue that I have with it is that when you place an order via the app for pickup there is an interface to let the store know that you are there and in line waiting.

6. However when I go to the store and attempt to use this "I'm here" function, I get an error notice and end up having to go to counter to deal with it to get my order that way.

7. I had selected what I wanted which I could not pick up my order as intendend so I was going to reorder for the following day which the menu had changed.

8. Suggestion: If you send a link for someone else to pick up an order, don't require that they install the app.

9. I was not aware they changed their menu, Weekly, and therefore could not order the same thing I originally wanted.

10. And it's the only way to see what the Mystery Cookie is short of the store's kiosk! Also be sure to look into the reward program, called "Crumbs".Overall I like this app.

1. Fix Crumbl Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Crumbl: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Crumbl App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crumbl" » Open Crumbl » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crumbl » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Crumbl app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crumbl servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crumbl" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Crumbl app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crumbl might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Crumbl. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crumbl then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Crumbl not working

2. Fix Crumbl Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Crumbl be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Crumbl not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Crumbl may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
