I give only 4 stars because I still haven't explored all the possibilities of the app so I can't say anything 5 star worthy yet, and the fact that it's hard to readjust a message for boxes without having to start the order all over again, which then makes it impossible to update or change after I've ordered it even with a very distant scheduled order.The cookies are great, but the app is a little deceptive.
2. Also, what's the difference between ordering from the kiosk at the store, and ordering from the app to pickup? Why is there a service fee? Not a good first impression of this service.I've deleted and reinstalled this app several times over the last few months because I have such a difficult time logging in.
3. I ended up sending screen shots of my order to the other person then called the store to make sure they could pull the order up with the confirmation number.
4. Someone was picking up an order that I couldn't get to and had been waitng curbside, then had to find somewhere to park and go in the store because I couldn't tell them to deliver to their car.
5. The only issue that I have with it is that when you place an order via the app for pickup there is an interface to let the store know that you are there and in line waiting.
6. However when I go to the store and attempt to use this "I'm here" function, I get an error notice and end up having to go to counter to deal with it to get my order that way.
7. I had selected what I wanted which I could not pick up my order as intendend so I was going to reorder for the following day which the menu had changed.
8. Suggestion: If you send a link for someone else to pick up an order, don't require that they install the app.
9. I was not aware they changed their menu, Weekly, and therefore could not order the same thing I originally wanted.
10. And it's the only way to see what the Mystery Cookie is short of the store's kiosk! Also be sure to look into the reward program, called "Crumbs".Overall I like this app.
11. If I send my order to someone else to pick up for me they have to install the app.
I mailed your office regarding an experience I had in Springfield, IL. We were going to visit our son and grandchildren. Under Paul we ordered four cookies. One was a gingersnap, one was a peppermint cupcake. One was a pretzel cookie and the last one was a chocolate cupcake. The last was the only edible cookie. The other three were so dry even my grandkids threw them away. We had trouble finding your store even after calling and asking for directions. The two women that were working paid no attention to me when I entered their stire. I waited patiently for five minutes before asking if they could help me. I told them I had an order to pick up. Neither seemed interested. I said it was ordered under Paul. After saying it for the second time one lady said, oh I have that order. I finally got my cookies and left. I am writing to ask for a full refund. This trip to Crumbl was a bad experience and since we had so much trouble I hope you will refund the cost of the four pack. Thank you. Barbara Streby

hi, so i attempted to place a curbside pick up order on saturday night but everytime i tried to submit it, it said that the order failed and to go back and try again. it never successfully went through so i went in person instead and ended up ordering a smaller pack. but when i looked at my bank account, it charged me for the 12 pack i attempted to buy online as well as what i bought in person although it never worked when trying to order online. i have called the store twice and spoke to them and they said it was out of their reach so i needed to contact through email.
Order 94rdMLW9BM was placed for delivery today for my friends birthday. It was delivered however ii did not have the peanut butter chocolate ice cream that was on the order and it did not include the note I placed for recipient. Very disappointing. Would please like at least another delivery with the missing items or a reimbursement. Thank you.
I placed an order for a $15 gift card and confirmed the order after putting in all the payment details but the order is stuck on the processing page for 30 minutes now and wouldn't confirm the order for me.
