Why should I report an Issue with HSS2 FPV?

I actually got my drone stuck in a tree the first day and the footage helped my get it down.Okay so this app you have to turn off your mobile data and turn on your Wi-Fi and connect it to your holy Stone app as long as your mobile data is off the app works perfect but they don't tell you that so to re-update my last comment I'm letting you know you have to turn off the mobile data in order for it to work and then it works fine... I tried every other way and could not get it to work but when I did this it worked... Have fun and try it..it will work.

2. In my case if I had WiFi turned on AND Mobile data also turned on, the WiFi signal doesn't come through from the Drone... Once I turned off Mobile Data I started receiving video feed from the drone and the app worked just fine.It worked great with mine! If you have a smart phones and you're wondering why you cant connect you must have the drone on.

3. Connect to the drone wifi (look for Holystone) turn off your mobile data and it should work.

1. Fix HSS2 FPV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HSS2 FPV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HSS2 FPV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HSS2 FPV" » Open HSS2 FPV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HSS2 FPV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HSS2 FPV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HSS2 FPV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HSS2 FPV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HSS2 FPV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HSS2 FPV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HSS2 FPV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HSS2 FPV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HSS2 FPV not working

2. Fix HSS2 FPV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HSS2 FPV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HSS2 FPV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HSS2 FPV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
