Can my logbook app please start on the logbook page, so I can use it as a logbook without extra steps?A very bad customer service don't ever think to use it or pay for its services as you don't have the option to cancel unless you contact them, even if you do no one will get back to you at all... I have sent them many messages through their technical support but none replied back.Loved this app for a few years now.

2. Avoid (edit: i did list my issues very clearly in october and a refund was still flatly refused)The logbook tab doesn't open after the last update.

3. Waiting for a fix...Every time i try to enter a new record, it displays " field flight date/time is in a invalid format"Great app & now "all in one place." I would prefer to have an exit button but it's easy enough to hibernate it.

4. ** Please, please, please make it open to the logbook page on launch as our default.

1. Fix ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB" » Open ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB not working

2. Fix ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
