About GardePro Mobile

1. GardePro Mobile is the tool for GardePro WIFI trail camera and 4G trail camera.

2. You can manage the WIFI trail camera and check its photos and videos without take off the camera or the SD card.

3. By Bluetooth technology, you do not need a remote controller anymore.

4. The mobile connects to WIFI camera directly, not through the network, so you can only operate the WIFI trail camera nearby.

But other than that this is a good app, and being able to watch a live feed from inside my house, and the videos already taken, is great functionality.Terrible at connecting to device, why isn't it optional to just do Bluetooth? The camera does the job but the app is useless.This might be a phone issue and not an app issue.

2. What's the point of paying extra for a camera with wifi, if the wifi and the app necessary to use it are worthless and don't work? Do NOT buy a Garde Pro E6 camera and expect it to work with this app unless you thrive on frustration and disappointment.I would give it a 5 but....... cannot select all videos/pictures, have to delete one at a time.

3. When you can connect to a camera, it's not super difficult to download the pictures and videos.Really inconsistent with when you connect via Wi-Fi (or try to connect) Sometimes it will let you view the pictures on the SD card and other times it will not.

4. It won't connect to the camera - it puts up a momentary notification which says, "Connected," but it remains on "Step 4: Connecting through wifi..." with its ever spinning death halo.

5. Also to those mentioning battery life on the camera I purchased an inexpensive solar battery pack from Amazon and have been at 100% for months.3 days old and dead.

6. As other reviewers have mentioned it is annoying that every time an image is viewed the previews scroll all the way back to the newest and has to refresh all of the photos and videos.

7. Can't really recommend this app, but there is no other option to use the camera remotely, which is sad.The app works fairly well.

8. When you turn the camera on, it keeps telling you to turn on the app through your phone app which you can't.

9. Camera is supposed to transmit cellular to my phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GardePro Issues

1. Fix GardePro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GardePro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GardePro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GardePro" » Open GardePro Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GardePro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GardePro Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GardePro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GardePro Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GardePro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GardePro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GardePro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GardePro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GardePro not working


2. Fix GardePro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GardePro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GardePro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GardePro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
