Also when recording voice messages it stops when my screen turns off.the app seems quite unstable I'm not sure if it is my phone's modest configuration or the app sucks, but it is a problem anyways navigation is dodgy i cannot navigate back to chats, once i open a chat by clicking on the notification, which is a bit annoyingIncoming call notification doesnt work.

2. It appears to be a great alternative to FB owned Whatsapp.... Only one problem... You can't send any messages! I added a friend of mine, I was able to send ONE message and then it quit.

6. I tried Zoho Mail years ago and am happy to see how far the company has taken the original products and vision.Too many check-ups for identity, two-factor, etc.

7. Also customer service excellent.My favorite Zoho product! Cliq is comparable to Discord/Slack and integrates well with all the other Zoho Workplace apps.

9. A nice feature to add would be the option to play the vn by 2x speed, like in telegram.It looks like it has been a while since anyone rated thjs app.

1. Fix Zoho Cliq Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zoho Cliq: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zoho Cliq App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zoho Cliq" » Open Zoho Cliq - Team Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zoho Cliq » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zoho Cliq - Team Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zoho Cliq servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zoho Cliq - Team Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zoho Cliq app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zoho Cliq might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zoho Cliq. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zoho Cliq then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zoho Cliq not working

2. Fix Zoho Cliq Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zoho Cliq be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zoho Cliq not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zoho Cliq may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
