1. If someone filled out an application and paid for the credit check and they inquire about your property Zillow makes it seem like the application was for your specific rental property but that is not the case.

2. Whenever I schedule someone for a tour, then I navigate back to my messages, I see "unexplained error" and the scheduled date does not appear tagged on the list tile it is supposed to.

3. -I click on the email or phone number in the application of a prospective renter and I get an error message not a direct link to call, text, or email.I like the responsiveness of the app.. but the application confirmation in a bit deceptive.

4. Other than that this is an incredible way to reach people and to do a background and credit check without you having to collect money that is incredible.I listed my rental in zillow.

5. To fix it, I have to delete and reschedule a few times.So frustrating that rental application credit scores and background checks will never load in the app.

6. When we get a lot of applications, it be nice to do a quick review to know if they are legit prospects or not without having to remember to go to a desktop later.

7. Also, it would be good to have a button to deny rental applications instead of only having a accept button.

8. At the very least it would be great if we could send tour dates and time with prospects to Google calendar.

9. i have 7 rentals and thought this would be a great way to list, get applications and background checks.

10. I wanted to upload a virtual tour, but apparently that's in the ios format only 🙄 At least give me the option to add online, but the desktop version pushes you towards the app.

11. Yes I know i have an application waiting for me, but i cant remove the notification.Great idea, but difficult to use.
