1. Hone about all it's good for now is playing radio stations, which makes it no more useful than my car's own radio.Edit; App now takes focus on phone every time Alexa is accessed.

7. Now Alexa is really slow to respond, I can't use it to make calls, it won't launch pandora, I frequently get errors saying something went wrong, and the new features (announcements, drop in, etc.) don't work very well.

8. Then two days ago, it started having issues playing music from Amazon Unlimited.

9. 3rd, every time I manually connect, it makes me relink the account, annoying.Generally good.

10. Some songs it would play fine and others it would say it's having problems and skip the song... These are songs it's played numerous times before without issue.

1. Fix Roav VIVA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Roav VIVA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Roav VIVA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Roav VIVA" » Open Roav VIVA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Roav VIVA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Roav VIVA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Roav VIVA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Roav VIVA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Roav VIVA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Roav VIVA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Roav VIVA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Roav VIVA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Roav VIVA not working

2. Fix Roav VIVA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Roav VIVA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Roav VIVA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Roav VIVA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
