And they still charged for the appointment Edit to review - I only received a follow up email after 4 attempts to get information (2 bot and 2 doctors assistants) given the nature of the service and the severity of the condition this is unacceptable.I would love to give this app a higher rating because the service was very prompt and the physician I chatted with was very professional.

It was fast, and the app was so easy to use! I got my son a prescription without having to leave the living room (or more importantly saved me a very costly trip off the island to the nearest emergency room!) Highly recommend ! The doctor was amazing! EDIT TO ADD - I have used this app on several occasions now for myself and my children! 5 stars!Seems like a scam.

3. Recommend!My experience hasn't changed, I can honestly say that the doctors here are absolutely amazing and their dedication is astounding! As someone who didn't have a family doctor, this app has been a life saver for me.

The principle of the matter is that if someone doesn't want to use your product, it shouldn't take 2 attempted cancelations through your app, two emails, AND a negative review on said product on a public forum to cancel it.$60 for three months I thought I would try it out and it wasn't too bad, but I wasn't going to buy another 3 months.

5. The only thing that's changed is this is now a paid service, for $60 (billed every 3 month) it's well worth it! If anyone is considering downloading this app for medical help, I strongly encourage it!This app is ABSOLUTELY and completely a waste of money.

6. Then I got an email saying they took another $60 and sold me another 3 months without asking, if I buy something on an app it's a one time purchase.

7. I had a sinus infection and they took great care of me better than walk in clinic and best part no line ups or shoulder to shoulder with other sick people.

8. Most of the time they say you need an in person consultation-- I'm failing to understand why I would have bought a subscription if I could do so? It's honestly better to go on Maple, pay $79 for one consultation but usually getting what you need.

9. In conclusion, it's worthless... don't waste your $70.It was a decent app until it refused to let me cancel my subscription and force me to pay for 3 months in a row.

10. I don't even know my password because it passed me through to downloads upon verifying my email.SCAM!!!!!!! These "doctors" put my life at risk.

11. I paid $70 for a subscription for 3 months, you can't get anything you need unless it's a medication refill.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Your Doctors Issues

1. Fix Your Doctors Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Your Doctors: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Your Doctors App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Your Doctors" » Open Your Doctors - Online Doctor » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Your Doctors » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Your Doctors - Online Doctor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Your Doctors servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Your Doctors - Online Doctor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Your Doctors app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Your Doctors might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Your Doctors. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Your Doctors then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Your Doctors not working


2. Fix Your Doctors Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Your Doctors be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Your Doctors not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Your Doctors may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
