And they still charged for the appointment Edit to review - I only received a follow up email after 4 attempts to get information (2 bot and 2 doctors assistants) given the nature of the service and the severity of the condition this is unacceptable.I would love to give this app a higher rating because the service was very prompt and the physician I chatted with was very professional.
2. The least they could have done is check!I am currently on an island without a doctor, so decided to try this app, and I could not be happier with my experience! It was fast, and the app was so easy to use! I got my son a prescription without having to leave the living room (or more importantly saved me a very costly trip off the island to the nearest emergency room!) Highly recommend ! The doctor was amazing! EDIT TO ADD - I have used this app on several occasions now for myself and my children! 5 stars!Seems like a scam.
3. Recommend!My experience hasn't changed, I can honestly say that the doctors here are absolutely amazing and their dedication is astounding! As someone who didn't have a family doctor, this app has been a life saver for me.

The principle of the matter is that if someone doesn't want to use your product, it shouldn't take 2 attempted cancelations through your app, two emails, AND a negative review on said product on a public forum to cancel it.$60 for three months I thought I would try it out and it wasn't too bad, but I wasn't going to buy another 3 months.
5. The only thing that's changed is this is now a paid service, for $60 (billed every 3 month) it's well worth it! If anyone is considering downloading this app for medical help, I strongly encourage it!This app is ABSOLUTELY and completely a waste of money.

7. I had a sinus infection and they took great care of me better than walk in clinic and best part no line ups or shoulder to shoulder with other sick people.
8. Most of the time they say you need an in person consultation-- I'm failing to understand why I would have bought a subscription if I could do so? It's honestly better to go on Maple, pay $79 for one consultation but usually getting what you need.
9. In conclusion, it's worthless... don't waste your $70.It was a decent app until it refused to let me cancel my subscription and force me to pay for 3 months in a row.
10. I don't even know my password because it passed me through to downloads upon verifying my email.SCAM!!!!!!! These "doctors" put my life at risk.
