1. Very tricky when attempting to turn off motion tracking due to option being to close to device detail.Wonderful clarity, IR works great especially with added led auto feature, detects motion and turns on leds for excellent night vision Zooming in with digital zoom on phone is very good even at night.

2. I could be anywhere, and open up this app, and see whatever is in front of the camera I have setup, in real time! And, hear audio and respond audibly if I wish to.Tilt, pan, and zoom too!Don't love the interface and the app was constantly freezing (it said loading but it would never load and none of the buttons worked) so I would have to open task manager to close the app and open it again to get it working each time.

3. Overall Quality is just what I was looking for!I use my TF memory card but it doesn't turn ON, for detection it only works when I manually push record and it records about 12 minutes, but I only want recording to start on detection everything else is ok.

To contact them on this app it's all in Chinese I cannot recommend this faulty product, the purpose for buying is that it records when senses or detects presence of people, so I'm very discourage, I have another system that really works bought it on Amazon.Need an easier method to select the beginning of a recorded segment.

5. The latest update promised "new super powers"... what we got is a "super pain in the butt"! Why do we now have to "tap to continue viewing"? At least give us an option to turn this VERY ANNOYING "feature" off.

6. If you fix that and you give us an option to cycle through multiple cameras in full-screen mode with a selectable timer, I'll give them back.This app would be incredible if the "Motion Detection Sensitivity" control worked.

7. I do love that you can turn off the camera remotely with the app - that is a plus not all of these apps have.ad banners always forcing me to buy cloud package.

8. Recording on SD card is great can search days hours and minutes video and audio.

9. The cloud storage is great, as well as having the option to use a SD card is even better.

10. I open the app to view the camera.

11. Please add "Skip Forward" & "Skip Backward" buttons to quickly jump to the beginning of the next recording or the previous recording.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix YCC365 Issues

1. Fix YCC365 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart YCC365: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the YCC365 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YCC365" » Open YCC365 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YCC365 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear YCC365 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YCC365 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YCC365" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check YCC365 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YCC365 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall YCC365. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YCC365 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YCC365 not working


2. Fix YCC365 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YCC365 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YCC365 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YCC365 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
