1. *edit 03/03/23: empower team, you guys need to show the pickup and drop off on the map like uber and lyft are doing now, not simply show the addresses, show them on a map and show pickup time and drop off time, otherwise we need to keep calculating it ourselves and wasting time -_-'So you'd like it's a pretty good app until something network after that app you get used to I think they could work on it will get better than Uber and lyftDocuments and photos upload feature needs major improvements.

2. Other than that the app is pretty good!Unable to get past the "address" as it keeps telling me, "Address not found." I've been at this address for 20+ years.This is the solution to uber and lyft.

3. Support is less than helpful and I keep getting canned responses like it must be my device despite Uber and lyft not having this issue and if I did, they would have flagged me for GPS manipulation.

4. if you want new drivers, don't irritate them right from the start.Before upload the documents, I asked the support team can I drive with temporarily tag.

5. When you upload a document the app doesn't provide any feedback, it keeps prompting you to upload your documents everytime you interact with app.

6. It's good but the Biggest cons I would have to say is (1) stripe payout not getting the full amount of money sent to you, you only get partial and the rest later.

7. They have also completely ignored my and other markets in NC for over a year and a half.Can't finish my profile, because app isn't supported in my area.

8. Terrible service!!!Is anyone else getting any requests? Been on for about 15 hours and only got 2 rides, and 4 total ride requests.

9. Also there is no alternative web interface to upload your docs like other ride share companies.

10. That sucks, but let me finish the profile and send me a notification when it is supported, instead of sending me a daily notification to finish my unfinishable profile.

11. My only suggestion is to please make the drive now button smaller, when I try to stop driving or multi tab my big ogre fingers tend to hit it as it's so close to the command bar at the bottom of the phone.

1. Fix Empower Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Empower Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Empower Driver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Empower Driver" » Open Empower Driver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Empower Driver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Empower Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Empower Driver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Empower Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Empower Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Empower Driver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Empower Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Empower Driver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Empower Driver not working

2. Fix Empower Driver Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Empower Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Empower Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Empower Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
