1. There is extortion like fees for everything---Be Aware and Careful if you use---READ EVERYTHING, EVERY DISCLAIMER!!!I use this app just one time and I deleted it now with my money still on it , I swear if I was know that they'll make me wait for more than one hour due to app issue to end the trip I would go home crawling , hdjeiwjwhejqlwkwbshdhs and the call center aah!! I tried to call the call center and I just was listening to the beeb on it! If anyone need any trip please call me or just go walking, I'm forced to gave the app 1 star when actually I want to give them minus 20 starsThis service works perfectly.

2. Also there are delay issue when cancelling the contract.One of the worst apps...very buggy and now refuses to simply work!!! Tried opening the app and it says need to update and then froze!!! Close it and open again ...the same thing...my money is still with them!! Dont bother installing this app.Useless---DO NOT USE---This app is heavily flawed from start to finish.

3. Worst of all, I had to wait for 2 hours to end the trip through the buggy app which costed me extra money the company is not willing to refund, and the support email system was not working.

4. Should I continue telling you??! Stay awayI have lost more than 200 SR due the error! The application has technical issues that will reflect in your balance even if you wanted to cancel the trip.

6. the second time i did not face any issue and it was a great experience from start to end.

7. Even to sign up they use a 3rd party approval for your credit card (payfort) owned by USA (Amazon) that does not link to it and work properly.

8. one point they need to address is the cleaniness of the exterior.It doesn't even tell you what their prices are.

9. I have tried to reach their techinal support but they suck at answering phones.

10. Email replies are autamaticly generated replies.I tried it twice.

11. I wasn't expecting it.The application is nice but have so many technical issues when it comes to request for a car.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix IDrive-KSA Issues

1. Fix IDrive-KSA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart IDrive-KSA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the IDrive-KSA App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IDrive-KSA" » Open IDrive-KSA » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IDrive-KSA » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear IDrive-KSA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IDrive-KSA servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IDrive-KSA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check IDrive-KSA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IDrive-KSA might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall IDrive-KSA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IDrive-KSA then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IDrive-KSA not working


2. Fix IDrive-KSA Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IDrive-KSA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IDrive-KSA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IDrive-KSA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
