2. I came here because timbloader was glitching but after several days amd a few dozen attempts I've yet to have this app download even one video - complete waste of time - uninstalling.Looks like a change to the Tumblr API has boinked capability to download for tumbloader and other downloaders.

3. Please fix.I had the app for a couple years and it worked fine, recently it started giving me an error of "could not load media" when i attempt to download a video and then it infinitely loads.

4. Judging by comments on other applications as well as this one, it looks like no one has fixed the issue yet.It was great until I lost all the downloads, it appears in the program but I can't play them with a red flag that i have no application to play them, and didn't appear in gallery.

1. Fix Tumbloader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tumbloader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tumbloader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tumbloader" » Open Tumbloader - video downloader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tumbloader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tumbloader - video downloader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tumbloader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tumbloader - video downloader " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tumbloader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tumbloader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tumbloader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tumbloader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tumbloader not working

2. Fix Tumbloader Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tumbloader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tumbloader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tumbloader may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
