1. This app did have some technical issues that kept you from logging in, but at least in my case those issues have been cleared up, so I changed my rating back to a 5.It's very convinent, it has the remote functions and TV guide.
2. Where's the power button? Where's the volume button? Where's the FLAVOR? If you need a channel guide or just a quick fix for about an hour before you find the remote under the couch or something, this is for you.
3. Thanks a lot, guys! 🙃I really like this App, not only is a good channel guide but like the name says it's also a cable remote.
4. The screenshots in the Google Play store show an actual remote control page where you can press play or pause or scroll up and down but none of this loaded with the app.
5. It also doesn't allow you to listen through your cell phone with headphones which would be a huge bonus. For having such an intuitive physical remote, why not develop an app that mirrors that? It's usable, yes.
6. It's the principal of it.) Overnighting the remote would be nice too since you're forcing me to use this sub par app.Hey Xfinity, this is a great app! I have been using it for a while and I have yet to encounter any major bugs.
7. I suggest Xfinity replace the microphone icon with a remote icon. The app worked for a while, but stopped working.
8. You can start a program but then you have to use your regular remote to pause, stop, continue play etc.
9. Thanks!Lost my remote and was hopeful this would work until the remote turned up, but nope.
10. However, it's very confusing at the fact that it doesn't immediately indicate that it has all the functions of the remote.
11. Also, replacing a remote under a year old with little to no use should be free(I had to ask for reimbursement, which I got.
