1. Can download but don't pay for it.A good app, let down only by the clunkiness of the controls for moving viewing location when trying to view leading lights.Clear and provides information during day and night.

3. Answers to some of the test questions are incorrect and some tests on light characteristics dont show a light at all!! In my view I wasted my money in buying the this app.
