1. Should have went with victron as I love tech, and this ain't it.Sad to spend $200k on a motor home only to find the POS app to monitor the expensive lithium system won't run on a current Android box or on any iOS device.

2. Only way to use it is to buy an OLD Android device and pray it doesn't update itself.Won't connect, keeps knocking me out every time I install it.Doesn't even open, just crashes.Won't even open on android.

3. Purchased the combox along with the 3012 just for the android app.

4. No developer contact here.. 4/5/2022 not the best company to stay current.

1. Fix Conext ComBox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Conext ComBox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Conext ComBox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Conext ComBox" » Open Conext ComBox - Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Conext ComBox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Conext ComBox - Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Conext ComBox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Conext ComBox - Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Conext ComBox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Conext ComBox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Conext ComBox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Conext ComBox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Conext ComBox not working

2. Fix Conext ComBox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Conext ComBox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Conext ComBox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Conext ComBox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
