1. Not happy.This app does not connect using Bluetooth, it just keeps searching constantly.Can't connect to bluetooth worked a couple weeks ago....Still does not connect to Freedom X bluetooth remote panel on Pixel 3XL.Need to reconnect/pair every time I use the app.

2. There is also ZERO troubleshooting available regarding the problem.According to the Freedom X control panel directions you are supposed to build ESC and lines are supposed to blink for bluetooth pairing but this never happens.

3. Please enable Location Settings and ensure Bluetooth is enabled for all Apps and for the FXC Control App.Bluetooth doesn't work.

4. I expected to connect anywhere as long as there was Wi-Fi for the unit to connect to, but instead I must be near the device until it locks in or reprogram the Bluetooth to the phone and then walk away, but only for about 20 ft.

5. App can't connect so it doesn't work.bluetooth connectivity is poorly designed which limits the usefulness of this app as a monitoring tool.

6. OK to use for changing settings, but basically useless after that.On Android 5 and later, not only Bluetooth has to be enabled, but Location Services needs to be enabled before Bluetooth scanning can proceed.

7. At this point I wish I should've just bought the cheapest one.Installed the app and the control panel and followed the directions.

8. 2 lines are supposed to flash on the control panel when you hold down the esc button.

1. Fix FXC Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FXC Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FXC Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FXC Control" » Open FXC Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FXC Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FXC Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FXC Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FXC Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FXC Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FXC Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FXC Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FXC Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FXC Control not working

2. Fix FXC Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FXC Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FXC Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FXC Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
