1. I've written through the contact form before about not getting digital subscription access and magazine issue I paid for, and requested to be contacted by email and have not heard back.
2. At this point I'd rather buy the physical magazines from Writer's Digest, and would like to know how I can get a refund since I'm not able to get the digital issues I paid for.
