Why should I report an Issue with wpLogger - Last Seen, Online Tracker for Whatsapp?

Still facing same issue you and your app is useless after sending multiple emails still no reply and not able to use services I waisted my money and time if any one is reviewing this then resolve this issue ASAPIt debited money but asked for money again from the first subscription page again once I logged to set up the numbers to track..It is a tukish developer (who owns this app) out looking for quick money...I have raised my complaint with google for refund...be careful and don't get fooled by their cheap plans ...As your loyal and patience customer for few months, I am very frustrated and upset the 2 problems are still not fixed? Dave/share option doesn't seem to work, no options to disable notifications except via the Android systemSince 18/09/2021 6:00pm as per IST the app stopped working not getting online and offline notifications after sending multiple emails and post on play store still facing same problem you guys are useless look into this and do the needful ASAP or give my money back.

3. worked perfectly in the trial period but once i subscribed it stopped saving the number and data, i have to restore the subscription every time i open the app and enter the number everytime time as well.

4. ThanksCharts don't update in realtime, if a person is online then the charts become inverted.

5. And sometimes the online offline notifications is incorrect.

6. i guess its a scam just to get the money.Since I installed the app from Google Play Store.

8. But when you paid for long duration, they shows technical issues error or wrong information.The tracking started to lag as of today (7/12/2021).

1. Fix wpLogger Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart wpLogger: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the wpLogger App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "wpLogger" » Open wpLogger - Last Seen, Online Tracker for Whatsapp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for wpLogger » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear wpLogger - Last Seen, Online Tracker for Whatsapp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from wpLogger servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "wpLogger - Last Seen, Online Tracker for Whatsapp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check wpLogger app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, wpLogger might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall wpLogger. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall wpLogger then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing wpLogger not working

2. Fix wpLogger Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make wpLogger be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to wpLogger not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, wpLogger may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
