That was over 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting, so I'm starting to think it's all BS At this stage, most of the good features of Woolies Mobile service have disappeared, so I'm jumping ship when my bill next rolls over.Service was good, but watch out, Woolworths will pull the best parts of the service and make it worse.
2. Reply to devs: yeah mate, just remove that annoying arrow, don't need a customer to tell you small things like this.Signed up to a discounted 6 month prepaid plan in Nov 22.
3. App has stopped functioning all together.Bad design decisions, someone decided that adding an animated arrow that draws attention to pull scroll down would be a good idea.
4. Always had good reception, have a near new handset with dual sim, the other sim has no issues with text even though its also a Telstra re-seller.
5. WOW pull your socks up, you wont get any more of my money next month.The app used to work fine, but recently has just been crashing straight away.
6. Had no issues for the first month or so then began having regular problems with sending text.
7. So refer a friend is useless.I've been promised that someone from Woolies will be in touch because they 'take my feedback seriously'.
8. At this point Woolworths Mobile is highly NOT recommended!Not so much a review for the app, but for the coverage you get on this plan.
9. Try to reset password, get an email, follow link, enter new password and error says "the link you followed was invalid".
10. I do like the plans, I think it's a great deal and have no issues with the coverage.
11. Been in contact with the help center which don't really seem interested in addressing the problem.
