1. P.S. removing profile and reinstalling didn't help.Hi. During a year of my Premium access that has just came to an end in October I earned more than 50 Premium stars but my expiration date wasn't pushed back as was promissed.

1. Restart Advanced English with Wlingua: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Advanced English with Wlingua App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Advanced English with Wlingua" » Open Advanced English with Wlingua » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Advanced English with Wlingua » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Advanced English with Wlingua app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Advanced English with Wlingua servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Advanced English with Wlingua" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Advanced English with Wlingua app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Advanced English with Wlingua might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Advanced English with Wlingua. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Advanced English with Wlingua then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Advanced English with Wlingua not working
