1. I wish I could give it a negative rating to warn people from wasting their precious time on an app that says one thing yet does NOTHING 🤧🤧🤧💩💩💩🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬☠️☠️☠️☠️I have tried for the last 3 hours to get my android connected to the wifi for this speaker via the app and I have had no success.

2. It does Alexa as well but I don't believe it attaches to your Amazon account.WORST APP EVER CREATED--- I tried this with 2 different phones and it still will not connect to WiFi.

3. The speaker is definitely connected as it keeps telling me it is, but I have no way of logging into my Amazon because the app keeps saying that it cant connect even though its connected.This is a terrible app.

4. Keep getting error that the speaker cannot connect to tge network.it keeps saying "fail" when i try to connect it to wifi.

5. Tried 10 times and two different phones.Spend hours trying to set up Alexa feature with no success.

1. Fix Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker" » Open Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Polaroid Wi-Fi Speaker not working
