1. Appliances have connection issues after every update, they recommend unplugging the appliance and then plugging it back in every time, Whirlpool, IMO, doesn't understand "Smart Devices"Horrible app that simultaneously doesn't work and milks you for privacy data.

2. The scan to cook feature is great and accurate, does exactly what it says, and takes the guesswork out by simply scanning products barcode! All around, controlling dinner remotely is awesome!I have tried to connect the app the my washer and dryer and could.

3. I do love being able to have the correct setting for each type of load I'm doing though! That's a great help!I'm not sure if your just terrible software developers or you've farmed your software out to a team of terrible developers, but my microwave is garbage.

1. Fix Whirlpool Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

4. Check Whirlpool app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Whirlpool might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Whirlpool. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Whirlpool then reinstall.
